Driftwood Ale, Farmhand Ale and WhiteBark Wheat Ale

Driftwood Brewery’s first three beers:
designed by Margaret Hanson Design Co.

Driftwood Ale:
Warm, earthy tones in the scheme of the corporate logo help to advance brand consistency, while new nautical imagery set this beer apart as a brave flagship beer for the company.

Driftwood Ale Label:
“A perfect marriage of Northwest and German hops balanced with cotton candy malt notes and a hint of fruit courtesy of our own special yeast.”

Farmhand Ale:
A beer traditionally served to seasonal workers, a manual farm tool (the pitchfork), accurately represents the origins of the beer. Combination of the pitchfork metaphor with the familiar lines of the corporate logo make for a cohesive brand experience.

Farm Hand Ale Label:
“A traditional Belgian-style Saison. Originally produced on the farm for seasonal workers during harvest. Tart malt if balanced with flavors of fruit and spice from our unique strain of Belgian yeast.”

White Bark Wheat Ale:
Bold, graphic, exciting typography and imagery compliment the subtlety of the floral essences.

White bark Wheat Ale Label:
“As a traditional Belgian-style Wit, this beer is intended to be ‘cloudy’. Subtle malt allows the floral essence of coriander and Curacao orange peel from the West Indes to balance the profile of this distinguished ale.”
